How to use

  • 1. Place

Place Shower Stone on the shower floor - just next to direct water stream.

  • 2. Let it go

As the water heats up, the steam activates the stone and releases the blend around you. No timers, no extra steps — just shower like you normally would.

  • 3. Turn it up

Want more scent? Rub the stone against the wall or your hands for a bigger burst. A quick circle is all it takes.

THE WHY BEHIND RUHE

"What have you done for yourself in the last two weeks?"

A midwife asked me that when my daughter was four weeks old. The honest answer was nothing. Ruhe Ritual was created for busy minds who don't have time for a 10-step routine, but need five minutes in the shower to feel human again.

Answers about Ruhe Shower Stones™, our natural aromatherapy shower steamers.

What are Shower Stones and how to use?

A dissolvable, handmade steamer that sits in your shower and releases aromatherapy steam as the water hits it.

Place it on the shower floor, out of the direct stream so it lasts. Let the water and steam do the rest.

No extra steps, no extra time — it works inside the shower you're already having.

How long does one Stone last?

Each stone is good for 1-2 showers, depending on water pressure and heat.
